Common questions

No — and that's on purpose. It writes the message and opens WhatsApp, Texts or email with it ready to go. You read it, then press send. Nothing ever goes out on its own.
When you add a quote, Chas'up lines up five chases — the first a few days later, then spaced further apart (around Day 3, 8, 16, 30 and 75). The tone softens as you go, from a friendly check to a polite close-off, and it stops the moment you mark a job won or lost.
Yes. When you mark a quote lost you can flick on “one last try” and pick 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Chas'up checks back just once on that date, then lets it rest for good.
Won and lost quotes stay on your Quotes list. Want it tidier? Archive them from the list, or turn on auto-archive (30, 60 or 90 days) in the You tab and Chas'up tucks them away for you. Nothing is ever deleted — archived quotes sit under the Archived filter and you can bring one back any time.
Your customers' details live on your phone and back up to your own iCloud. We never see them, and there's nothing to export or sell.
No — it's automatic. Every change saves to your own iCloud on its own. There's no button to press and nothing to remember.
Get the new phone set up, sign in with the same Apple ID and iCloud, and install Chas'up. Your quotes come straight back — automatically.
Yes — every chase shows in an editable box on the quote, so reword it however you like before you send. You can also set a default tone (Friendly, Standard or Direct) in the You tab, and you can still tweak it again in WhatsApp or Messages once it opens.
Turn on “Morning reminder” in the You tab and pick a time. You'll get one quiet morning digest: who to chase and how much it's worth.
A quote that's slipped past its chase date. Chas'up flags it with a “Going cold” tag on the Today list so a good job doesn't quietly drift away.
No — you add your first quote and see your whole chase plan before we ask for anything. To start chasing, you begin a 30-day free trial: Apple charges nothing for the first month. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing; leave it running and it becomes £14.99/month. Your card details never touch us — Apple handles it all.
Try everything free for 30 days. After that it's a £14.99/month subscription, billed by Apple — one price, everything included, and it carries on each month until you cancel.
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Chas'up → Cancel. Apple handles billing — cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open Chas'up, go to the You tab and tap “Restore purchases” — or re-download from the App Store while signed into the same Apple ID. Your subscription comes back automatically; there's nothing to pay again.
No. Chas'up does one thing well: making sure you follow up your quotes. No clutter, no admin, no learning curve.
