Add the quote
The customer's name, their mobile number (or email), the job and an optional price. Everything else is optional and can wait. Already sent it last week? Set the date you sent it.
See who needs a follow-up
Today lists the quotes that are due or overdue, with the customer, the job and the value you recorded. A morning reminder on your working days points you to the list.
Review and send
Chas'up suggests a message. Edit it, pick a style, then open it in WhatsApp, Messages or email — or ring them. You send it. Nothing goes out on its own.

Opening WhatsApp doesn't prove a message was sent, so Chas'up asks. Only a follow-up you confirm is logged.
“They replied” — you record it
When a customer gets back to you, pick what happened. If they need more time, a revised quote or a visit, the follow-ups pause and you get a reminder.

A morning reminder
Pick a time and your working days. One quiet reminder points you to today's list. Needs notifications switched on.
Import, don't retype
Choose a customer from Contacts, or import from pasted text, a photo, a screenshot or a PDF. It's read on your phone — check the details before you save.
Pick up where you left off
Interrupted halfway through? Unfinished quotes are kept on your phone as drafts, and Today shows “Finish adding your quote” until you do.
Time off, sorted
Going away? Pause Chas'up's reminders until the date you choose. Your saved quote dates stay exactly as they are.
Phone calendar and directions
Copy a reminder or an agreed job into your phone calendar, or open directions to a job address in Apple Maps. You check and save each one yourself — it's a one-way copy, and Chas'up never invites your customer.
Honest totals
Follow-up counts only include the ones you confirmed. Won totals are the quotes you marked won — not money collected, and not profit.
See what needs a follow-up without opening the app
Add the small “Quotes to check” widget and your Home Screen shows how many quotes are due today. Just a number — no names, no amounts. Tap it to open Today.

Changing phones? Restore your backed-up quotes.
Your quotes are stored on your phone, with a private iCloud backup when iCloud is available. On a new phone, sign in with the same iCloud account and restore your last successful backup — check the backup status in Settings before you swap. How to restore →
