Quote follow-up templates you can copy, tweak and send

Sent a quote and heard nothing back? Here are free, copy-and-paste messages to chase a quote without being pushy — by WhatsApp, text, call or email. Swap the [bracketed bits] for your customer and job, read it back, then press send.

Nothing here sends itself — you stay in control of every message. (That's the whole idea behind Chas'up, which lines these up for you automatically and writes them in your words.)

PICK A TONE

Same facts, different warmth. Friendly ("Hiya [Name], hope you're keeping well…"), Standard (the versions above) or Direct ("Hi [Name], just following up — give me a shout if you want to get it booked in."). Match it to you and the customer.

When to send, and how often

A good rhythm is roughly day 3, day 8, day 16, then a close-off around day 30 — gaps widening, tone softening from a friendly check to a polite close. Most people aren't ignoring you; they're busy and will put it off unless reminded. Three to five spaced-out chases is plenty — then leave the door open and move on.
